The Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket team Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The team has been around since 2008, and its home games are played at the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. India Cements Limited owns the team through the holding company Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited. The team was banned from the IPL for two years starting in July 2015 because its owners were involved in the 2013 IPL betting case. In its first season back in 2018, the team won the title. MS Dhoni is the team’s captain, and Stephen Fleming is its coach. In January 2022, CSK became India’s first sports business with a value of $1 billion.
At the first IPL final, Parthiv Patel was the opener and wicketkeeper for Chennai Super Kings. The keeper-batsman scored 302 runs for CSK in 13 games, including two 50s. He was the team’s third-best run scorer. Patel got off to a great start against Rajasthan Royals, scoring 38 runs off 33 balls before Yusuf Pathan got him out. The 22-year-old was on the field for the first 9 overs and helped the CSK batsmen get on track.
The Gujarati player played for the Chennai franchise until 2010. Parthiv Patel has played for several IPL teams since then, including Kochi Tuskers Kerala, Deccan Chargers, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mumbai Indians, and now, for a second time, the Bangalore franchise. Parthiv couldn’t stay in the international scene for long, and in 2018, he played his last match for India against South Africa. He is still being considered for the Indian team, and he plays First-Class cricket for Gujarat, including the Ranji Trophy.
2. Matthew Hayden (2009):
Hayden became one of the best players in the league. In 2009, when he scored 572 runs, he won the Orange Cap as the season’s top run scorer.
3. Matthew Hayden (2010):
Matthew Hayden was one of the best openers Australia has ever had, and he was a solid batsman for CSK. He scored 346 runs in 16 games that season, including 93 with the famous Mongoose bat that won the game.
In the final, he only got 17 runs off of 31 balls, which was not like him. He works as a TV analyst for a number of sports channels right now. The 46-year-old also gives previews of games and gives commentary during games.
3. Murali Vijay (2011):
Prior to joining Delhi Daredevils, Vijay spent the first six seasons of the Indian Premier League with his hometown team, Chennai Super Kings. In the middle of the season, he succeeded South African David Miller as captain of Kings XI Punjab in April 2016. His wrist surgery prevented him from playing in the 2017 season.

7. Brendon McCullum (2015):
Brendon McCullum’s second IPL century, which was his first for Chennai Super Kings, helped the home team win a big second game. His 100 not out off 56 balls included hits into the empty stands of MA Chidambram Stadium, two ramps for sixes over the keeper’s head, and a hard to believe reverse-pull to get him to 99 after IPL rookie Trent Boult saw that he was getting ready for a ramp and bowled a slower bouncer. McCullum’s score was helped by MS Dhoni’s powerful 53 off 29 balls. Dhoni was more at home when he came in at 135 for 2.
If you are a true IPL fan, you won’t miss any games, you’ll always check the scores, and you’ll always cheer for your favorite team when the championship is in full swing. Overall, there’s not much to say about this tournament. It’s popular not just in India, but all over the world. So, people all over the world follow this league. And you know that fans are what make sports possible. Also, the number of people who watch a sport is a good way to tell how popular it is.
The main reason why bettors like IPL is that the competition between the different teams is so tough that it can be hard to tell who will win. The next IPL season is almost here, so it’s time to start getting ready. Make sure you know everything about the teams, like how many awards they’ve won, how many times they’ve won, etc. This information will definitely help you choose the best bets.
In IPL, which team has the most fans? Which team has won the most? Let’s look into this theme more and try to figure out which team has the best chance of winning the next season.
Chennai Super Kings:
Well, which IPL team has the most fans around the world? So far, it’s one of the IPL’s most famous teams. It has more than 13 million fans on Facebook and more than 9 million fans on Instagram. This team has already won five IPL titles, making it the most successful.
Delhi Capitals:
This group also doesn’t need to be introduced because they already have almost 3 million Instagram followers. Also, Rishabh Pant and Shikhar Dhawan, two very good cricket players, are on this team right now. Over the past few years, Delhi Capitals has changed a lot, which has had a big effect on how well they play on the field. At the moment, they are near the top of the points table.
Punjab Kings:
This team has a lot of fans from all over the world. They have more than 8 million followers on Facebook and almost 3 million on Instagram. Even though they haven’t done well in the past, professional handicappers say they have a bright future. The next season could be a big step forward for this team.
Kolkata Knight Riders:
When talking about which IPL team has the most fans, we couldn’t leave out KKR, which has 16 million Facebook followers and almost 5 million Twitter followers. The thing is that Shahrukh Khan, a famous Bollywood actor, owns this cricket team. Most likely, this is why it’s so popular. But the team is also good at what it does. They have won the IPL twice already.
Mumbai Indians:
It has a great reputation and is one of the most well-known and powerful IPL teams. They already have almost 14 million Facebook fans and 8 million Instagram followers. Rohit Sharma is a big reason why this team is even more well-known. At the moment, they have five IPL titles, and they won’t lose them.
Rajasthan Royals:
This team isn’t as well-known as the ones above, but they still have millions of fans who can’t wait for their games. On all social networking sites, they already have almost 9 million fans. The team also has some new players who might help them get a higher rating.
Royal Challengers Bangalore:
Who has the most loyal fans in the IPL? RCB doesn’t need a start-up. It’s one of the most popular cricket teams because it has almost 8 million followers on Instagram and 10 million on Facebook. Virat Kohli is the captain right now (plus, this man is also one of the best cricket players). They have never won the IPL championship, but they have come in second place three times.
Sunrisers Hyderabad:
We couldn’t leave this one out of our review of most fan teams in IPL. This team also has a lot of fans on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter because of David Warner. They won one IPL title during the 2016 season (the team defeated the Royal Challengers Bangalore by 8 runs in the final matches). So far, Sunrisers Hyderabad has a few well-known players who could help them improve.
Lucknow Super Giants:
At the moment, they don’t have that many fans, but that number is growing. They aren’t as well-known because they are a new team that will start playing in the new season.
Now that you know which IPL team has the most fans, it’s time to think about your cricket betting strategy and get ready for the next season!

The Top 10 Batsman in Test Cricket History by Run
It’s one thing for batsmen to score runs at home, but it’s a whole different challenge for them to do so in a place they don’t know. When bowlers play at home, they are more used to the field, the pitches are usually in their favor, and the crowd is on their side.
In the history of Test cricket, though, some batsmen have not only scored runs on the other team’s territory, they have thrived and scored a lot of them.
10. Sunil Gavaskar (India):
Now we’re in the top 10, and one of the best Indian batsmen of all time, Sunil Gavaskar, is at No. 10. The opener was able to beat some of the toughest seam bowling in the world to score an incredible number of runs and show that he was one of the best.
Gavaskar is still thought of as one of the best openers of all time. He helped his team get off to a great start by fighting hard at the top of the order.
9. Steve Waugh (Australia):
Mark was up first, and now Steve Waugh is at No. 9 after having a great career as Australian captain and a key role in their batting order. He liked getting the other team angry because it made him play better. People all over the world feared him, but they also respected and admired him a lot.
England felt the full force of his skills many times, especially in 1989 when they couldn’t seem to get rid of him and in 2001 when he batted for a century on one leg. Waugh made the most of what he could do by just being himself.
8. Ricky Ponting (Australia):
Ricky Ponting, who will take over as Australia’s captain after Waugh, comes in at No. 8. No matter what was going on in the game or what the conditions were, he was a great batsman who could change the game in an instant.
Like other great Australians, he liked to play in England and did very well there. But he was also great in other parts of the world and against some of the best bowlers in the world on their home turf.
7. Viv Richards (West Indies):
West Indian Viv Richards comes in at No. 7. He can hit even the best bowlers over their heads on their own turf.
He scored runs at a great rate, and he could keep up his aggressive style of play on almost any field.
6. Allan Border (Australia):
Allan Border, the man who made Australia great again, comes in at No. 6 on the list. He was a great tourist. Border was also a great captain, and he made sure that the risks of being a leader never got in the way of his own batting.
With his bat and leadership, he turned Australian cricket back into a powerhouse and helped the international team win very important games away from home. As an Australian batsman, he especially liked to eat up the English bowlers over the course of his career.
5. Shivnarine Chanderpaul (West Indies):
Shivnarine Chanderpaul, a West Indian, has been the main batsman for his country for a long time and is still going strong.
The West Indians have counted on Chanderpaul to save them many times, especially when they are away from home.
4. Brian Lara (West Indies/ICC World XI):
Brian Lara, a teammate of Chanderpaul’s, comes in at No. 4, and he doesn’t need much of an introduction.
Simply put, he was one of the best ever, and people all over the world saw that.
3. Jacques Kallis (South Africa/ICC World XI):
After a long career in which he always did well, South African Jacques Kallis starts off in the top three.
Even more impressive is what he did with the bat when you think about what he did with the ball.
2. Rahul Dravid (India/ICC World XI):
Rahul Dravid is in second place, and he is a long way ahead of Kallis.
Throughout his career, Dravid was a very reliable and steady player for India. He became a good batsman and a good tourist very quickly.
1. Sachin Tendulkar (India/ICC World XI):
Sachin Tendulkar is at the top of the list, which shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. He was one of the best batsmen of all time, and he could beat any bowling attack on any field in the world. The fact that he is so far ahead of everyone else shows how good he is with the bat and how good he has been for so long that no one else has ever been as good.
His record probably won’t be broken again for a long time, if ever.
IPL leading run scorers
The Indian Premier League (IPL) is the biggest domestic Twenty20 league in the world. It has been around for 13 years and has become a cult favorite. IPL is where all the superstars come to play, whether it’s Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, MS Dhoni, AB de Villiers, Gautam Gambhir, Robin Uthappa, or Chris Gayle. He has scored 5611 runs in 213 games, averaging 31.17 runs per game. Rohit Sharma’s record with Deccan Chargers (1,170 runs in 45 matches) was good, but his record with Mumbai Indians (5,611 runs in 208 matches) is the best.
4) Suresh Raina – 5528 runs:
Team(s): Chennai Super Kings, Gujarat Lions
Suresh Raina held both the record for the most matches played and the record for the most runs scored in IPL history for a long time. But he didn’t play in the IPL in 2020, so he fell a little on both lists. The southpaw has played all of his games for either the now-defunct Gujarat Lions or the Chennai Super Kings.
Raina has played in a total of 205 IPL games, where he has scored 5528 runs at an average of 32.51, including 39 half-centuries and one century. Raina has scored 5528 runs in 200 innings for Chennai Super Kings and 841 runs in 29 innings for Gujarat Lions.
5) David Warner – 5449 Runs:
Team(s): Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad
David Warner is the only batsman who has scored more than 500 runs in every IPL season since 2014. He is the IPL GOAT. The left-handed opener has played in 150 IPL innings, during which he has scored 5449 runs at an amazing average of 41.59. This includes 50 fifties and four hundred. Warner started out in the IPL with Delhi Daredevils, which is now called Delhi Capitals. However, it was at Sunrisers Hyderabad where he really came into his own. He was the team’s leader when they won the championship in 2016, and he has been there ever since.
Warner has done best in the IPL against the Punjab Kings, for whom he has scored 943 runs in 20 matches. He has also done well against the Kolkata Knight Riders (915), the Royal Challengers Bangalore (754), the Mumbai Indians (661), and the Chennai Super Kings (539).

Royal Challengers Bangalore Team Records: Royal Challengers Bangalore is the Indian Premier League team from Bangalore. Since the League’s first season in 2008, the team has been one of the original 8 teams that play in it. RCB’s power play in the IPL has been very good, and they have the record for the highest total (263/5) in the IPL. Long-time RCB captain Virat Kohli holds the record for the most runs scored in an IPL season (973 runs in 2016). But in some seasons, the team has played very poorly and even holds the record for scoring the fewest points in the history of the League with 49.
Royal Challengers Bangalore could never win the IPL, which was a shame. But since the second season of the Indian Premier League, the team has been to the IPL final three times. Faf du Plesis is the captain of the team right now. Mithun Manhas helps Simon Katich run the team. Katich is the head coach. When talking about Royal Challengers Bangalore, you can’t leave out the fact that they have a huge group of loyal fans. Most of the time, RCB fans turn their home stadium into a “sea of red” by waving the team’s big red flag. In fact, the team already has a huge group of fans called “Bold Army.” The Royal Challengers were the first IPL team to give fans at their home ground free Wi-Fi.

In 2011, Daniel Vettori took over as captain, which meant that the team had a new leader. Virat Kohli was also chosen as captain for some of the games, and he has been the team’s captain ever since. Shane Watson was captain in 2017, but Virat Kohli took over in 2018, and Faf du Plessis is the current captain of the RCB team for the IPL 2022.

Since its start in 2008, United Spirits India has been the owner of Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Home Venue:
M. Chinnaswamy Stadium is where the Royal Challengers Bangalore play their home games. The stadium is in Bengaluru, and it has a huge capacity of about 40,000 people. Rajasthan Royals Team Records: The first Indian Premier League champion was Rajasthan Royals. They are one of the first teams in the IPL and have been there since the first season in 2008. They are based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, known as the “Pink City.” The least expensive team in the Indian Premier League was the Royals. But they still had some of the best players in domestic and international cricket, like Shane Warne, Shane Watson, Rahul Dravid, Ajinkya Rahane, Yusuf Pathan, and so on.
The Royals are known as the “Moneyball” side of the Indian Premier League because they find young cricketers in India and abroad. Some of the world’s top cricketers were never on the squad as kids. Yusuf Pathan and Taruwar Kohli are Indian. Shane Watson’s IPL performance helped him become a prominent member of the Australian national team. Ajinkya Rahane, Sanju Samson, Steve Smith, Tim Southee, and James Faulkner are others. Shane Watson’s 67 wickets and Ajinkya Rahane’s 2705 runs lead the team. IPL 2021 Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson. Andrew McDonald is the team’s head coach, and Shane Warne is its Brand Ambassador.
