Reeza Raphael Hendricks, a cricket player for Gauteng and the South African national side, was born on August 14, 1989. He bats first for the right handers. Domestic career of Reeza Hendricks:

Hendricks made his first century in a Twenty20 game in November 2017 when playing for the Lions against the Dolphins in the 2017–18 Ram Slam T20 Challenge, with 102 not out. With 361 runs in eight games, he finished as the tournament’s top run-scorer. After hitting a List, a century in the penultimate round of the 2017–18 Momentum One Day Cup. He became the first player to achieve a century in all three franchise competitions in South Africa in the same season in January 2018.

In June 2018, Hendricks was named to the Highveld Lions team roster for the 2018–19 season. During the first Mzansi Super League T20 event in October 2018, he was part of the Jozi Stars roster. Hendricks earned a spot on the national team after scoring 410 runs in the MSL in 2018. He was included in the Jozi Stars team’s roster for the 2019 Mzansi Super League competition in September of that year. He was included in Gauteng’s team in April 2021, in time for the South African cricket season of 2021–2022.

Hendricks scored 157 runs for Lions in their three-wicket victory over Titans in the Division One final of the 2021–22 CSA One-Day Cup in April 2022. The Johannesburg Super Kings purchased Hendricks in September 2022 in preparation for the SA20 competition’s inaugural season, which is slated to begin in 2023.

International career of Reeza Hendricks:

Hendricks debuted for South Africa in a Twenty20 match against Australia on November 5, 2014. He was a member of the 2015 Africa T20 Cup cricket team for Griqualand West. In August 2017, he was named to the Pretoria Mavericks team for the first season of the T20 Global League. Cricket South Africa initially delayed the event to November 2018 and then cancelled it.

South Africa selected Hendricks for their ODI series against Sri Lanka in June 2018. On August 5, 2018, he played in his first ODI for South Africa against Sri Lanka. He achieved a century on his ODI debut, becoming the third batsman for South Africa and the fourteenth overall. He scored the fastest ODI debut century by a batsman ever off 88 balls.

Hendricks was selected for the South African team to compete in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in September 2021.
